An innovation center connecting industry and technology
SCIS was established to close the gap between industrial needs and technological solutions, through a structured process, trusted relationships and business metrics.
What SCIS is
SCIS — the Supply Chain Innovation Center & Sustainability — operates at the intersection of business needs, technology, collaboration and applied innovation.
The center connects industrial organizations, startups and technology companies, academic and research institutions, investors, professional experts, sponsors and public stakeholders, turning a real challenge into a solution that is tested, validated and adopted.
Connection
We create the meeting point between those who hold a challenge and those who can solve it.
Credibility
Every match rests on maturity assessment, organizational fit and transparency about limits and risk.
Measurement
Every stage carries defined success metrics, from feasibility through business impact.

What we do, and what we do not
SCIS identifies, connects and guides
- Framing industrial challenges and the innovation question
- Technology scouting and solution mapping
- Matching organizations with startups, experts and partners
- Feasibility, maturity and fit assessment
- Facilitating pilots and POC processes
- Professional community, events and content
Outside SCIS responsibility
- Technology or software development for the organization
- Consulting or operational implementation services
- Guaranteeing a vendor outcome or delivery timeline
- Commercial or legal responsibility for agreements between parties
Development, delivery and implementation are carried out by the relevant companies and partners under separate agreements. The role of SCIS is to enable, guide and connect.
SCIS and the existing professional community
SCIS operates within an established Israeli industrial, procurement and logistics ecosystem, in cooperation with the IPL Forum. The two are distinct: participation in a professional community is not the same as SCIS membership, and an organization is presented as a member or strategic partner only on the basis of approved engagement data.
